What will the groups involve?
  • Based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) groups will help build skills in:
  • Mindfulness
  • Interpersonal relationships
  • Awareness of thoughts, feelings and personal values
  • Acceptance of difficult thoughts and emotions
  • Tolerating emotional distress
  • Strategies for making alternative choices
