Family Drug Help is facilitating a six week educational program, Action for Recovery Course (ARC), for family members (aged 18yrs+) of a person with problematic alcohol /drug use.

SHARC, in partnership with  St John’s of East Malvern Foundation, is hosting a community fundraising event: ‘Heavenly Gardens’ on Saturday 27th October, 10am-4pm.
 
Seven of East Malvern’s private gardens will be open for inspection.  Created by garden design professionals and looking their Spring best, this is a great opportunity to experience prestige gardens. SHARC Community Volunteers will be assisting on the day.

An Invitation to Apply (ITA) for funding to engage PIR Organisations as part of the Partners in Recovery (PIR): Coordinated Support and Flexible Funding for People with Severe, Persistent Mental Illness and Complex Needs initiative has been released today 15 October 2012. The ITA will close at 2pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time on Tuesday 18 December 2012 (Closing Time).
